Shipping charges will be applied based on destination/order value. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed to you during checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, customs duty, and local carrier. Tracking details will be provided to you, if available for the destination, once the order has been shipped.

International orders may be subject to customs duty, import tax, handling charges, or other fees determined by the destination country.

All such charges (if any) will be borne by the customer and will not be included in the product price or shipping charges unless stated otherwise at the time of checkout.

Customs clearance might also impact the estimated delivery timelines.

While we endeavor to honor the estimated delivery timelines, international orders may sometimes get delayed due to customs duty, adverse weather, public holidays, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

In case of international orders, if the delivered product arrives defective, damaged, leaking, broken, or with missing products, please reach out to the RAREMATE support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Kindly retain the original carton/packaging and provide photographs or video evidence of the defective/damaged products. Our team will look into the complaint and advise on the next steps.
